This series just finished shooting not too long ago and this will be Sonjia's first series since having her baby and Sunny's first after his year long break from filming.

Inbound Troubles Official Poster
This series will debut on January 14th. I'm mainly excited for this series because it will be Joey Meng's debut with TVB. Also, there are some new faces to their series such as singers Ivana Wang and Louis Cheung. Wong Cho Lam also had a hand in writing the screenplay for this series.

Flashback
I was watching an old series from 2001 called Seven Sisters (starring Gallen Lo, Charmaine Sheh, Anne Heung, and Kong Wah) when I recognized a few other faces. Below is a young Kenneth Ma, Raymond Chiu, and Tsui Wing who had a tiny role in the series with only a few lines each. It's so weird watching older series and recognizing the people who are now bigger stars.

Triumph in the Skies 2 Unofficial Poster
There will be a press conference for Triumph in the Skies 2 at the China International Film & TV Programs Exhibition with Myolie Wu, Kenneth Ma, and Fala Chen in attendance. I don't think the below poster is going to be the official poster since it's rumored to be released as an anniversary series but they needed to put together something for the exhibition. However, these 6 are the main stars of the series with Francis, Ron, Myolie, and Kenneth returning from the original and Chilam and Fala being added.
Kate and Raymond Celebrate The Holdiays
Good friends Kate Tsui and Raymond Lam gathered to take some holiday pictures and talked about the Christmas plans. Kate has 2 days off to celebrate with friends and family and she hopes to receive more jobs so that she can buy a house. Raymond will continue to film a series in Mainland and then will prepare for his upcoming concert so he will not have time to celebrate with family.

Come Home Love Celebration Dinner
The Assistant Manager took out the cast of Come Home Love for a celebration dinner for its steady ratings and positive feedback.
Tsui Yu On said that he was pleasantly surprised by some of the actors which include Eileen Yeow, Griselda Yeung (Tavia's sister), and Max Cheung (ex-boyfriend of Best Host Luisa Leitao who she openly thanked in her speech).
I really like this series as well. I enjoy these sitcoms because it would give a chance for some stars to shine in their own storylines and lead their own episodes. They recently extended the series to 300 episodes. The only problem with that is that they tend to extend the romantic storylines and it doesn't seem like anyone would get together until the very end! I'm still waiting for Chris Lai & Queenie Chu to start liking each other since they're supposed to be a couple and Florence Kwok and Carlo Ng needs to get together already!
TVB Weekly Magazine Cover
After Wayne Lai and Tavia Yeung's win this year at the TVB awards, they graced the cover of TVB Weekly. They both look really nice, although from this picture, you can't really tell that Wayne is sitting so Tavia just looks a lot taller than him. haha.

Unrequited Love Twins Costume Filming
Unrequited Love Twins had their costume filming today and the cast includes Ruco Chan, Aimee Chan, Lin Xia Wei, Tony Hung, Samantha Ko, Benz Hui, Elaine Yiu, Mat Yeung and Mary Hon.
Mat and Lin Xia will play siblings. They will be going on location to Malaysia to film some scenes.

I wasn't even aware that they were going to have their costume fitting today. This series does not look appealing to me at all. I like Ruco but other than Big Wheel with Linda, he seems to get cast in the most boring looking series. Maybe it'll surprise me though.

Power Chan Ad
Although Power Chan recently lost the Best Supporting Actor award, he still gained a lot of fame and recognition for his role in The Confidant. He was recently tapped to be the spokesperson for a product so it's nice to see that he is being rewarded in other ways. Go Power! I hope you can win an award soon!

Artist's choice on TVB Awards
The annual TVB awards are less than 24 hours away and Three Weekly compiled a list of 40 artists on their choices for Best Actor/Actress and Best Supporting Actor/Actress. I actually can't make out all the names since it's kind of small, but you can easily make out the winners for each category.
- Wayne Lai and Michelle Yim got the most votes for Best Actor/Actress. Not to take away anything from their votes (especially since I thought Wayne was fantastic in The Confidant), I notice that a lot of artists tend to choose the veteran actors. It could be because they really think they're the best, but I also think that it's just an "easier" choice for them since they don't have to pick between their friends.
- Power Chan and Koo Ming Wah both had the most (and same amount) of votes for Best Supporting Actor. Nancy Wu's name is actually on there for both of them. This is a tough category because I think a lot of people would want them both to receive this award.
- Nancy Wu had the most votes for Best Supporting Actress. Will she be able to sweep the awards this year since she already won at the Astro and Asian TV awards?
- Moses and Aimee voted for each other in their respective categories.
- For some reason, they only show Tavia's vote for herself but not in the other categories? She has stated that she will be voting for Kenneth for Best Actor.
- Sharon Chan posted on her weibo her votes for Kenneth and Tavia.
- Last year's Best Actress, Myolie Wu, picked Kenneth, Tavia, Koo Ming Wah, and Nancy.
This is actually not a very good list because it's not 40 of the same people showing their votes. It seems like they just filled each category until they got to 40 votes. Previous years had better lists, and TVB Weekly usually did one also. There was also one done by reporters last year in which they asked 50 TVB artists on their picks and it actually reflected the real results in which Kevin, Myolie, Ben Wong, and Sharon Chan won.
Read below for my final predictions before the awards air later.

Big Bowl Feast Dinner
It seems like they all had a lot of fun and had a feeling of "togetherness" at this dinner. Ever since Norman Leung took over, I feel like they are doing a better job at boosting morale. Small gestures such as a group dinner really does make a difference, and he has also promised them bonuses and a salary increase next year. In addition, they are working towards a 5-day work week. :)

The cast includes Eddie Cheung, Michael Tse, Kate Tsui, Alice Chan, Eliza Sam, Nathan Ngai, Kaki Cheung, and Kathy Chow who did not attend today.
I'm excited for this series because of the Eddie, Michael, Kathy, Kate, and Alice cast combo and I liked what I saw in the sales presentation. It reminded me of the old ATV series, Gun and Glory, with the bullet manipulations.
This will be Kate's 5th time portraying a cop.

Christine Ng- War and Beauty 2
Christine Ng just finished recording the theme song for War and Beauty 2! I'm pleasantly surprised only because I thought they would go with a professional singer, and that I didn't think they valued Christine so much that they would give her this big opportunity. However, I do realize that TVB does treat her very well. After a year long absence to take care of her business, she returned with her own game show (w/ Louis Yuen) and was given leading roles in War & Beauty 2 as well as the upcoming series with Wayne Lai and Moses Chan.
Check out her old MV below.

Astro on Demand Awards 2012
Malaysia will be having their annual Astro on Demand Awards on December 2, 2012. Below are the nominees and my own personal opinion on who my choice is, not necessarily who I predict will win. Voting is only open to Malaysia residents
My Favorite TV Actor in a Leading Role
Bosco Wong (Witness Insecurity)
Michael Tse (Sergeant Tabloid)
Kevin Cheng (Gloves Come Off)
Moses Chan (Master of Play)
Kenneth Ma (The Hippocratic Crush)
Raymond Wong (Gloves Come Off)
Ruco Chan (No Good Either Way)
Raymond Lam (Highs And Lows)
Michael Miu (Highs And Lows)
Damian Lau (Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles)
Wayne Lai (The Confidant)
Roger Kwok (Queens of Diamonds and Hearts)
Highs and Lows has not completed airing yet but I am enjoying Raymond Lam as Happy Sir. Of the completed series, I would choose Kenneth Ma. I'm surprised Kevin Cheng is not nominated for Ghetto Justice 2 instead.

法網囂雄 Costume Filming (Arrogant Man of Justice)
- Roger Kwok will play an arrogant lawyer.
- Sharon Chan is a single mom who has a kid with Stephen Wong who handed her kid to Joyce to take care of.
- Raymond Cho and Joyce Tang will play a pair.
- Selena Li and Johnson Li will play a married couple and Grace Wong will try and get in the way of their relationship.
I didn't expect Sharon to be the female lead in this since I thought it would have been Selena. Also, what is with their wardrobe? It looks like a mix of decades.

Happy for Koo Ming Wah. I'm pretty sure that he's going to get the Best Supporting Actor Award now since TVB is developing him in other areas to keep up his popularity.

Rosy Business 3 Sales Clip Filming
Wayne Lai, Myolie Wu, and Edwin Siu gathered together to film a sales presentation clip for Rosy Business 3. Myolie admits to feeling the pressure because she doesn't want it to seem like she's replacing Sheren Teng, but says she will still do her best. Although she would like a change in the title, Wayne does not think it is necessary. There were angry comments when it seemed like he was replacing Bobby in the Forensic Heroes series, but it turned out okay in the end.
Although the story is still being worked out, Myolie and Wayne will portray work partners while her and Edwin will be childhood sweethearts.

TVB 45th Anniversary Lighting Ceremony
The cast of Highs and Lows, The Last Steep Ascent, Come Home Love, Silver Spoon Sterling Shackles, and The Confidant gathered at the 45th Lighting Ceremony to promote their series. They were joined by other musical acts to perform numbers and skits which will be aired later. I can't wait for more anniversary stuff so that I can look at their fashion and get a sneak peak at the upcoming series for next year.
2 Legal Dramas to be filmed soon
The first legal series is a grand production that revolves around inheritances. The cast consists of Wayne Lai, Moses Chan, Jason Chan, and Elliot Yue. The female cast will be Maggie Siu and Fala Chen.
The other legal series will begin filming in November with Roger Kwok, Sharon Chan, Selena Li, Joyce Tang, Raymond Cho, and Johnson Li. Roger will play a cooler character who has many pauses when he speaks.

It seems like Triumph in the Skies 2 will be wrapping up before the end of the year since the Wayne/Moses series will begin filming in Nov/Dec. I'm hoping that Fala pairs up with Jason in that series because I think she'll look more like a little sister if paired with Wayne or Moses.
I'm thinking the female lead with Roger is Selena since she seems the most promoted out of the other females.
