Vinegar Lady (starring Myolie Wu, Ron Ng, Him Law, Eliza Sam, Gigi Wong, Alice Chan, Koni Lui, Derek Kwok, etc.) had its blessing ceremony on Friday, December 6th. This will be a 20 episode ancient comedy revolving around jealousy. Vinegar in chinese also means jealous.

A Great Way to Care II had its blessing ceremony today.

Cast: Alex Fong, Yoyo Mung, Tavia Yeung, Aimee Chan, Ram Tseung, Ben Wong, Edwin Siu, Eric Li, Lee Sing Cheung, Oscar Leung, Christine Kuo, Power Chan, Matthew Ko, Oceane Zhu, Leanne Li, Law Lok Lam,  etc.

Tavia is in a wig and heavy makeup because part of the storyline consists of her going undercover in a nightclub. I'm not a fan of the wig but I like the contacts. I look forward to seeing what her regular look will be. I like Yoyo's look in this series.

Michael Miu was not at the blessing ceremony since he is still filming in China. He will be paired up with Elaine Ng in this series. There will also be a love square of sorts since Ben Wong will like Ella Koon who likes Raymond Lam who likes Kate Tsui.

Thunderous Drug Raid 雷霆掃毒 Blessing Ceremony

Michael Miu is the main lead but he is still filming in China so he will not make it to the blessing ceremony. The cast includes Elaine Ng, Raymond Lam, Ella Koon, Kate Tsui, MC Jin, Ben Wong, Law Lok Lum, Derek Kwok, Raymond Tsang, Jazz Lam, and many others.

I believe that Michael Miu and Elaine Ng are paired up together as well as Raymond Lam and Ella Koon.  I'm not sure if the storyline will be the same as the sales presentation clip but Kevin Cheng and Roger Kwok will not be filming this series. I'm looking forward to this- I was excited when I watched the sales clip and the cast changes seem interesting.

Thoughts: I'm excited to see this series because of Wayne- I think he excels more in more character based roles. Other than Wayne, it'll be interesting to see him interact with Michelle and Maggie. I'm also excited to see Nancy, Raymond, and Oscar Leung. The headpieces look really high, although their hairstyles look easier to prepare compared to other ancient series. Also, I always thought that Aimee and Christine Kuo looked alike but I really thought that it was Christine and not Aimee in the pictures!
