Big Bowl Feast Dinner

Around 2000 TVB artists and employees gathered last night to have Poon Choi or a Big Bowl Feast dinner with the executives. Some of the artists that attended include Roger Kwok, Wayne Lai, Moses Chan, Myolie Wu, Sharon Chan and many others including Kate Tusi who showed up with a megaphone to canvass for votes. There were also many drawings to give away electronic products, travel certificates, cameras, crystal trinkets, and many other gifts.

It seems like they all had a lot of fun and had a feeling of "togetherness" at this dinner. Ever since Norman Leung took over, I feel like they are doing a better job at boosting morale. Small gestures such as a group dinner really does make a difference, and he has also promised them bonuses and a salary increase next year. In addition, they are working towards a 5-day work week. :)

Norman Leung presented an award to Bak Yan in honor of her 35 years of service and retirement. Mr. Leung also said that the price of this dinner was not important, but he wanted to boost up morale within the company.
